Think on these things…

Jesus came that we might have LIFE and have it more abundantly. In light of the past few weeks, more disturbing videos and pictures are circulating once again. Regardless of how far removed from television or the news one might try to be, it is still there. In the grocery store magazine stands, newspapers, i phones… everywhere. This is only propaganda from the evil one.

Research and education have now proven that brain training is effective because of repetition. When the same pictures are shown over and over again with contrasting colors, (especially black and orange), one should be mindful that a clear message is being sent. In this case, “fear” is one of the messages which Americans must resist. We have been warned to “Be Alert.”

Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.  1 Pete 5:8-9

This video aired on Tuesday, Sept. 2nd, 2014 and although many many not agree with Phil Robertson’s opinions, one truth is clear, there is a war and it is between good and evil, LIFE and DEATH.

My challenge is to think on these things:

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.  Philippians 4:8-9

For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.  Isaiah 41:10

For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you.  Isaiah 41:13

Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.  Matthew 10:28

Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong.  1 Corinthians 16:13

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.  Deuteronomy 31:6
